E-lottery for the fifth phase of Retail Shops for the year 2026-27

It is informed to all that in compliance with the semi-official letter number 2443-518/Ten-License / Suggestion Excise Policy (Amendment) / 2026-27 dated: 12.02.2026 of the Office of the Excise Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj, after the renewal and fourth phase e-lottery for the year 2026-27 of Gautam Budh Nagar district, 01 shop of country liquor and 03 shops of model shop and in compliance with the letter number-2038/Ten-License 367/ Suggestion Excise Policy (Amendment) / 2026-27/ Navsarjan, dated: 19-05-2026 of the Office of the Excise Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj, letter number-195/Task Force-2/E-Lottery/2026-27 dated: May 19, 2026 The arrangement of 05 newly created country liquor shops and 02 model shops, i.e. total 11 shops, is to be done through e-lottery as per the following time table:-

It is informed to the general public that after the settlement of the fourth phase of e-lottery for the year 2026-27, 01 country liquor shop and 04 model shop shops of Gautam Budh Nagar district, total 05 shops, are to be allotted on daily basis for a maximum period of 14 days or till regular settlement, whichever is earlier (from 14.05.2026 to 27.05.2026), for the highest offer of 14 days’ basic license fee/license fee of the shops i.e. their annual license fee against 14/365. Interested persons can submit the application form/offer in a sealed envelope in the office of District Excise Officer, Gautam Budh Nagar by 02:00 PM on 14.05.2026. If two or more similar offers are received, the allotment will be done through a public lottery on 14.05.2026 at 03:00 pm in the office of the District Excise Officer Gautam Buddha Nagar.

Shop Details.

Government order No. 9/2026/82 E-2/ Thirteen- 2026-01 /2026-2018003 dated 12.02.2026 and demi-official letter No. 2443-518/ten-license/ suggestion excise of Excise Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj regarding excise policy of the financial year 2026-27. In continuation of the instructions given by Policy (Amendment) / 2028-27 dated: 12.02.2026, the general public is informed that after the renewal of excise retail licenses for the year 2026-27 in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, the disorganized country liquor, composite shops, model shops and cannabis retail shops will be arranged through the first phase of e-lottery. Starting from 10.03.2026 (12:00 noon) till 17.03. 2026 (12:00 noon) are invited online on the e-lottery portal https://exciseelotteryup.upsdc.gov.in.

In the rural areas of Gautam Buddha Nagar district, the contract/license for disposal of dead animal carcasses is to be issued by District Panchayat Gautam Buddha Nagar through auction on 11/03/2026 from 11 am to 2 pm.

Regarding the acquisition of a total of 91.8012 hectares of land under the Hon’ble Chief Minister’s Urban Expansion New City Promotion Scheme in the Gautam Buddh Nagar and Bulandshahr development areas, for the purpose of evaluating the Social Impact Assessment (SIA) report prepared by the designated agency.
